As a Senior (Metrics Team) in Tax Knowledge Management (part of Digital Experience & Marketing Team), you will oversee the organization and execution of knowledge-sharing initiatives within the offshore Tax Knowledge Management team. This role requires an understanding of knowledge management, technical expertise in platforms like SharePoint and Power BI,. You will be responsible for working with our onshore Tax Knowledge Management team optimizing knowledge repositories, ensuring effective content distribution, driving process enhancements, and leveraging digital tools like generative AI to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to maintain a seamless knowledge management ecosystem.

·Data Modeling and Insights Generation:oDesign and map data models to effectively transform raw data into meaningful insights.oAnalyze both historical and present data to support informed decision-making.·PBI Dashboard and Report Development:oUtilize Power BI to create dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards and reports.oEnhance and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visual appeal and performance.oBuild sophisticated multi-dimensional data models using Power Query.oExecute DAX queries and functions to manipulate data within Power BI.oDesign, develop, and deploy comprehensive Power BI solutions and reporting tools.·PowerApps/Workflow DevelopmentoDesign, develop, and implement applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.oCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.oOptimize and maintain existing workflows to improve performance and user experience.   ·PowerApps/Workflow Development cont.

 

§Ensure the scalability and reliability of PowerApps solutions in production environments.§Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps applications and workflows.§Integrate PowerApps solutions with other Microsoft platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams.§Provide technical documentation and training to end-users and team members.•Minimum of 5-6 years progressive experience in utilizing Power BI, building data models with Power Query and Designing workflows and apps.•Proven experience in developing applications and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate. Experience with Data connectors, Common Data Service (CDS), and API integrations is a plus••Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and capabilities with working knowledge of integrating PowerApps with other Microsoft products (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365).•Knowledge of Alteryx for data manipulation and workflow management (good to have).•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas and functions along with VBA.•Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.•Experience in running and optimizing DAX queries and functions.•Proven track record of enhancing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI & Excel.•Strong communication and presentation skills
