Learning Developer - Senior Analyst 

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Learning Developer to support the development of engaging digital learning assets. The role will focus on developing high-quality microlearning solutions, including interactive modules, videos, graphics, and AI-enabled learning experiences.

The ideal candidate should combine strong development capabilities with creative thinking, enabling the team to build modern, visually engaging, and learner-centric digital assets.

Digital Learning Development

•Develop interactive eLearning and microlearning modules•Build bite-sized learning objects or individual high quality digital assets to be incorporated into various delivery mediums to enhance the offering•Convert instructional designs into high-quality digital learning experiences•Ensure published content meets technical design and functional requirements

Video and Multimedia Development

•Create and edit learning videos and motion-based assets•Work with video editing tools to produce engaging visual content•Support development of animated explainers and short learning videos

Visual and Graphic Design

•Design visually engaging learning graphics, infographics, and UI elements•Maintain consistency with modern learning design standards

Innovation and AI-enabled Learning

•Explore and apply AI tools for learning design and development•Support development of futuristic and technology-enabled learning assets•Contribute ideas to improve the learner experience using emerging technologies

Collaboration with Instructional Designers

•Work closely with instructional designers to transform storyboards into engaging learning experiences•Provide creative inputs on visual design, interactions, and learner engagement

Educational qualifications

•Candidates should be Graduate or above

Work experience

•4-6 years of experience in eLearning or digital learning development•Experience building interactive learning assets and microlearning

 

Required skills

 

Learning Development Tools

•Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent eLearning tools•Familiarity with rapid authoring tools

Multimedia Skills

•Video editing tools (Camtasia, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Vyond, or similar)•Motion graphics and animation basics

Graphic Design

•Tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar

AI and Innovation

•Awareness or experience with AI tools supporting learning design and development•Interest in exploring emerging technologies in digital learning

Instructional Design Awareness

•Basic understanding of instructional design principles•Ability to translate storyboards into engaging digital learning
