Senior Analyst

We're looking for a process driven and highly organised individual to join our team as a Contingent Hire Lifecycle Administrator. The Contingent Hire Team (CHT) manage the UK firm’s Contingent workforce and the onboarding processes of out Third-Party Resources (TPR). This role is primarily supporting the TPR process to ensure that requests are onboarded according to the UK forms policies and procedures, providing a positive and efficient experience. Within this role you will be working closely with a range of stakeholders including EWT, Procurement, OGC, Professional Standard and Ethics and Independence Teams.

 

  • Proactive management of Third-Party Resource (TPR) requests, administrating, transacting and oversight of TRP requests from receipt to successful onboarding, including monitoring of shared mailboxes, ordering of IT credentials and IT equipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with third-party providers and internal stakeholder to ensure smooth process delivery.
  • Accurately capture and record all activities using the firm's technology systems.
  • Efficiently manage onboarding processes in line with agreed SLAs, focusing on enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Address ad-hoc requirements, questions, and queries using data from our systems.
  • Provide timely responses to candidate enquiries, ensuring positive experiences throughout the contingent workforce lifecycle.
  • Handle candidate and internal stakeholder queries promptly and professionally via email, adhering to agreed timescales.
  • Accountable for completing individual weekly tasks that are allocated to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including tax, risk, and finance controls.
  • As required, support the lifecycle management of Contingent workers from onboarding to departure, this includes but is not limited to extensions, payroll queries, overseas travel and ad-hoc queries.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow would be an advantage and competent in Excel for reporting purposes.
