Senior Analyst

Roles & responsibilities

As a team member in the Account Management Support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a trusted point of contact for US Tax team requirements and evolving support needs.

 

Support adoption of new services to elevate the overall support model.

 

Produce high-quality account and sector insights with clear, data-backed recommendations to support decision making and help stakeholders achieve their strategic objectives.

 

Maintain strong awareness of account and sector dynamics and market development to anticipate client needs and opportunities and proactively shape support strategies.

 

Drive MarketEDGE methodology and facilitate meetings, action Marketing Leads and create and manage CST presentationsServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across designated accounts, sectors, and priority areas.Manage and drive key relationship activities such as executive biographies, relationship mapping, and other initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement and coverage.

 

Drive account hygiene activities including CRM (Sales Force) accuracy, data completeness, and regular clean-ups to ensure reliable account intelligence.

 

Support client survey initiatives by coordinating inputs, tracking responses, and translating feedback into actionable improvement plans.

 

Ensure high quality and accurate reporting that offer clear visibility into account / sector performance and key metrics.

Roles & responsibilities Cont.

Collaborate with other account and sector teams to share best practices and build a strong understanding of the full program portfolio across account and sector management.Facilitate new‑team‑member onboarding, including welcome, orientation, and education on tools and processes.Lead internal communication initiatives, including account newsletters, client newsletters, and internal updates.Support account strategy development and execution, support revenue goals, and manage strategic relationships.Support proposal development, including strategy and deal reviews, messaging, win themes, content development, and oral preparation (in partnership with opportunity leaders).

 

Lead Client Value Program (survey, collateral), consolidate client feedbacks/actions and execute action plan.Support enhancement of account management best practices, processes, templates, and tools to improve operational efficiency.Foster knowledge sharing through training sessions, peer coaching, and capability‑building initiatives.Conduct self‑reviews of deliverables and assist senior team members in preparing SOPs, quality checklists, and process documentation.

Educational qualifications

Qualifications: Graduation degree from a reputable university

Work experience

2-3 years or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational. Having familiarity with Account Management proposition and solutions will be added advantage
