Senior Analyst - Document Controller

CDE Setup & Support

• Configure and maintain new projects within the Common Data Environment (ACC)

• Manage folder structures, permissions and access rights

• Provide timely support and troubleshooting for all active projects

• Assist BIM Managers during CDE kick-off sessions and project onboarding

Document Quality Control

• Implement standard QA/QC procedures for all design and build project documentation

• Enforce compliance with corporate and client document management standards (naming conventions, version control, classification)

• Regularly audit documentation quality and maintain lessons learnt records

• Work proactively with project teams to resolve documentation issues

• Promote adherence to ISO and internal compliance standards

Information Exchange & Progress Tracking

• Maintain and update the document issue register to track deliverables against the project programme

• Coordinate all transmittals, document releases, and data exchanges between stakeholders

• Prepare and distribute documentation progress reports and dashboards to project managers and BIM leadership

• Support project visibility by maintaining current and accessible project data summaries

Process Development & Optimisation

• Support ongoing improvement of document control procedures in collaboration with BIM managers and global PMO team

• Incorporate lessons learnt and new methodologies to enhance system efficiency

• Participate in training sessions and contribute to user guides and Q&A documentation development

• Act as ambassador for best practice in information management across all regions

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with BIM Champions, BIM managers, Project Managers, and other functional leads to enable efficient workflows

• Share insights and feedback to optimise usage of the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform

• Support organisational initiatives to increase digital adoption and elevate documentation quality standards



Experience

• Background in document control, data management, or project administration within construction, design, or technical environments

• Experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platforms valued

• Understanding of BIM methodology and construction documentation a plus

• Ability to manage datasets and workflows involving multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable in dynamic, multiproject environments with international collaboration

Task Skills/Education

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Information Management desirable but not required

• Proficiency in document management systems setup, configuration, and administration

• Understanding of document naming conventions, metadata, and version control principles

• Ability to monitor QA/QC workflows and troubleshoot data issues

• Skilled at creating dashboards and performance reports

• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple concurrent

• Analytical problem-solver identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
