Senior Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Develops Visual Direction: Leads the development of the visual direction for the brand, including the creation of design concepts, mood boards, and style guides.

2.⁠ ⁠Design Team Management: Manages and mentors a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team is producing high-quality work.

3.⁠ ⁠Collaborates with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborates with copywriters, account managers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.

4.⁠ ⁠Design Solution Development: Develop innovative design solutions that meet business objectives, including digital advertising, online and offline marketing assets, branding and packaging.

5.⁠ ⁠Trend Analysis: Stays up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design solutions.

7.⁠ ⁠Efficient Timeline Management: Manages budgets and timelines for design projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and deadlines are met.

8. Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
