Senior Blue Prism Developer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Blue Prism Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance our operational efficiency. Your expertise in Blue Prism and strong problem-solving skills will be crucial to driving our automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes effectively.

·      Create comprehensive Solution Design Documents to outline automation strategies and frameworks.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present RPA cases in clear, layman’s terms.

·      Conduct testing and validation of automated solutions to ensure functionality and performance.

·      Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

·      Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

·      Stay abreast of the latest trends in RPA and Blue Prism technologies.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).

·      5-7 years of experience in Blue Prism development.

·      Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

·      Proven experience in creating Solution Design Documents.

·      Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.

·      Strong documentation skills to ensure thorough project records.

Preferred Certification:

·      Blue Prism Developer Certification, Professional Developer, Solution Designer Certification or More.

·      Experience with other RPA tools is a plus.

·      Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
