Job Description

• Support tunnel projects in line with international standards (Eurocodes & others).
• Create, work on 2D drawings and 3D models for Tunnels & underground structures like stations, etc.,
• Coordinate with other team members of the drafting/modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks.
• Responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings, 3D models and documents.
• Will coordinate with technical manager or concerned engineers for input of drafting work in each project.
• Coordinating and overseeing drawing production and performing QA of drawings prepared by our CAD/BIM team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our global Tunnels group.
• Learn to keep track of your work and deliverables within the scheduled timelines

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Trained Professional with 8-14 years of professional experience. B.Tech will be an added advantage
• Interest / Initial Experience in tunnelling and underground project
• Should have experience in preparing general arrangement drawings, reinforcement drawings, and reinforcement detailing, 2D and 3D modelling is mandatory. Should have knowledge of steel and concrete detailing standards
• Should have experience on international projects, Danish/ Swedish/ Nordics experience is an advantage. 3D reinforcement modelling skills will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Curiosity about underground construction methods and sequencing
• Strong English language communication skills
• Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD & REVIT is a must. Knowledge in TEKLA, Rhino/grasshopper will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience with structural drawings, quantity estimation etc
• Exercises self-discipline and work ethic, respect and follow company policies and procedures
