Technical Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• Programming Languages: Python, Golang, Ruby, JavaScript (experience with any of these).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible (proficiency in at least one).
• CI/CD Tooling: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, GitLab (hands-on experience with one or more).
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (extensive hands-on experience with at least one major provider).
• Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
• Operating Systems: Linux and Windows (administration and troubleshooting).
• Networking: Load balancing, network security, standard network protocols.

Nice-to-Have:

• Monitoring & Analytics Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic, Prometheus.
• Container Orchestration Enhancements: RBAC, network policies, service meshes, Cluster API.
• Project Coordination: Experience managing timelines, priorities, and cross-functional communication.
• Agile Methodologies: Prior experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide DevOps initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed across the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Drive automation for cloud infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, and other stakeholders to align on technical goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Mentor team members, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
