Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline store operations to improve efficiency and minimise losses.
• Analyze performance data to make informed, strategic decisions.
• Monitor and control stock movement to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide insights to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Operations (preferably Retail or Dark Stores).
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong follow-up mindset.
