Role Purpose
Responsible for managing a team of 30 NFTE's and ensures fulfillment of application retrieval request across all stakeholders within defined time frame.
Role Accountability
- Support other functions & stakeholders with fulfillment of application retrieval requests
- Manage and coordinate with vendor for headcount requirements & ensure availability as per volume projections
- Monitor, control & constantly improve vendor operations and compliance standards towards Information security guidelines issued by the organization and document retention guidelines by RBI
- Conduct constant evaluation of storage partners by conducting monthly visits & validating all facility for Infosec & other controls
- Initiate remediation & training for any opportunity areas identified
- Ensure a daily operational rhythm is developed with vendor to ensure smooth operations
- Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success
- Process TAT as per SLA for P80 Segment
- Processing Accuracy as per SLA
- Process adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes
- Knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability
