Senior Finance Specialist - PS Excellence

What this job involves:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's data sources, systems, and processes.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and define reporting requirements and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that align with

business objectives.

- Design, develop, and implement efficient and accurate reporting solutions using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., PeopleSoft, Excel,

SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, BI platforms).

- Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and integrity, and perform data validation and cleansing as necessary.

- Create and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Monitor and track key metrics, comparing actual performance against targets, and proactively communicate findings to relevant

stakeholders.

- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and prepare custom reports as requested by management or other departments.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in MIS reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven work experience of 5-10 Year as an MIS Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g.,

Tableau, Power BI).

- Solid understanding of data structure and experience working with large datasets.

- Familiarity with data visualization principles and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
