1. Experience in Highway Sector. Should have good understanding of the National Highways Project Development lifecycle, role of stakeholders, concession agreements and various obligations.
2. Good understanding of highway operations aspects incl. Toll operations and Infrastructure, Toll Plaza Contracts, Digitization and IT enablement required for new-age tolling. 
3. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills incl. govt. officials, highway and toll operators, fin-tech companies etc. 
4. Excellent analytical, communication, report writing and leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Self-driven, demonstrates strong commitment being in a long-term engagement and diligent in driving initiatives end-to-end.
6. Candidates with long term view in a fast-paced environment (both in the internal and client facing roles) is highly desirable.
