We are recruiting for a Senior Manager in the Audit team. Working as a Senior Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:

•Lead a team of graduates and qualified Executives, Seniors and AMs working on audits for the onshore.•Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.•Work with the senior management and key onshore contacts to develop business and grow the team.•Make regular contact with onshore to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered.•Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore.•Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews.•Performance review of the team.•Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.•Coach AMs and TLs on performing reviews and developing their staff•Motivate and develop AMs and TLs to become effective leaders•Reviewing and Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements

Educational qualifications

•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)•Additional certifications (if any)

Work experience

•8+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international.•IT literacy with sound knowledge and experience of Excel/Word/ PowerPoint ·•Asset Management Experience is a must..
