Role Purpose 

The role is responsible for managing activities pertaining to audits covered under DAU (Data Analytics Unit), monitoring closure of ATR observations and providing relevant inputs in the form of early warning indicators to concerned stakeholders for undertaking necessary corrective actions in a manner which benefits the company

Role Accountability 

  1. Analyze exception reports to perform  audits of specific products / transactions / processes, identify areas of concern, perform a comprehensive drill down and take necessary corrective action
  2. Manage overall activities pertaining to audits covered under DAU (Data Analytics Unit)
  3. Act as extended arms for onsite as well as other audit teams by undertaking focused testing as required 
  4. Help set up monitoring systems that allows for monitoring of transactions/processes and activities etc. between two planned audits so as to ensure robustness of controls 
  5. Update vertical head about developments and progress of audits within the DAU
  6. Ensure adherence to Turn-around-Time for closure of audit
  7. Ensure regular updating of data based audit tools with minimum downtime to render efficiency
  8. Ensure adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

Measures of Success 

  1. Ensuring correct database is used for analysis
  2. Early warning indicators identification and timely sharing with concerned stakeholders
  3. Monitoring closure of ATR observations and timely reporting the status to ACB
  4. Negative Comments from Quality Assurance Reviews
  5. Timely and accurate updating of process documentation
  6. Process adherence as per agreed MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Deep understanding of process and intricacies of payments/credit card interfaces

Qualification 

Qualified CAs/Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/ Graduates with       relevant experience
