Job overview: 
We are seeking a Finance professional with over 8 years of post-qualification experience to manage 
accounting, compliance, and statutory filings across Indian and international entities. This role 
requires expertise in Indian GAAP, US GAAP, direct and indirect taxes, and proficiency in Tally ERP 
and MS Excel. 
The candidate will be responsible for the books of accounts (both India and its subsidiaries) and 
will report to the Director Finance. 
Responsibilities: 
• Oversee and manage Indian and international accounting books 
• Ensure accurate month-end book closures 
• Review and approve month-end provisions, prepaid 
• Ensure statutory filings and compliance for India and overseas, including ROC, PF, ESIC, TDS, 
and GST 
• Assist in both direct and indirect tax filings and assessments 
• Possess an understanding of financial preparation in compliance with Indian GAAP 
• Lead internal, statutory, and group audits 
• Lead tax audit and transfer pricing audits 
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of both direct and indirect taxation 
• Show proficiency in Indian accounting standards
