Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, MDM 

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement of existing processes in healthcare industry. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

Operations: 

• Lead team of 50+ resources supporting Customer Master Data and After Market Services (O2C – post sales cycle) Ops delivery 

• Expand opportunities to improve CX for clients through best-in-class service, implementation of new tools and technologies. 

• Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFPs on behalf of Genpact.  

• Learn about Genpact offering & capabilities.  

• Build innovative solutions.  

• Collaborate with sales, functional (service line), finance and cross functional teams. 

• Overlook delivery, outcomes and performance for the team, enabled through team leaders who will report directly or indirectly to this candidate. 

• Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders.  

• Build strong solution differentiator by integrating key elements of Process, Tech and Analytics 

• Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs.  

• Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.  

• Contract ownership and management: 

• Ownership of all contracts and associated commercials. Manage updates / changes.  

• Responsible to create new contracts between Genpact & client and procure approvals. 

• Participate in various internal and external calls, workouts, workshops, meetings. 

• Candidate will require to work from office.  

Client Management: 

• Responsible for client governance – monthly, quarterly or as required by Genpact or clients.  

• Responsible for driving SLA adherence. 

• Respond to customer inquiries and escalations. 

• Ensure accuracy / integrity of data. 

• Identify areas of new opportunities for Genpact for existing and new clients 

Process Improvements: 

• Drive automation and improvements within processes to streamline operations through Lean, Digital and Six Sigma tools. 

• Be flexible to learn new tools and options to improve outcomes for team and clients. 

• Responsible to ensure high-quality standards by cleaning and refining data from various sources 

• Address issues like duplicate entries and inconsistent formats to maintain data reliability. 

Specific Competencies (Essential) 

• Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks.  

• Ability to manage multiple virtual and geographically spread teams/ clients and understand / appreciate the cultural nuances.  

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and Presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership within Genpact and Client organization. 

• Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures. 

• Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing and consensus building skills. 

Qualifications 
Minimum qualifications 

• Prior experience: Good years of prior working experience with MDM experience 

• Should have teams with minimum 50+ employees for a good amount of times.  

• Ability to manage more than one engagement at a time. 

• Problem Solving Skills and an eye for detail. Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills. 

• Ability to work in a flexible schedule & work under pressure.  

• Candidate must be a graduate. 

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers. Written and verbal fluency in English  

• Experience in front ending, transitioning and stabilizing new deals/ relationships. 

Preferred qualifications 

• Prior experience of healthcare industry will be preferred.
