Role Purpose

The role expects a leader who will be responsible for executing strategic business initiatives, over and above the bimodal projects. And also will be responsible for evolving the V+ Bi-Model program into a platform.

Role Accountability 

1. The resource is responsible for charting out the strategy and growth roadmap for Vision PLUS Bi-Model program. The strategy should align to the SBI Card organizational strategy as well as leadership view, and industry growth trend
2. The resource is expected to work with Business & Digital leadership to design and implement the right product which aligns with SBI Card's strategic goals for pricing/account-growth/customer-centricity/compliance regulations
3. The resource is responsible for building scalable & reliable business IT solutions (on V+ and other integrated IT digital platforms)
4. The resource will be accountable for overall delivery quality of V+ Bi-Model projects, and needs to ensure zero outages/errors in V+ Bi-Model IT project deliveries

Measures of Success 

100% error free production release of Bi-Modal projects.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 

Strong functional and technical knowledge on Vision PLUS product, with proven domain experience in designing cards and payments solutions.

Competencies critical to the role

1. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; should be able to communicate effectively with team experience ranging from a fresher to an industry veteran
2. Must have strong problem-solving skills - should be able to translate business problems into tangible requirement/solution. Should also be able to plan ahead, and resolve challenges faced in the tasks
