1) Client Facing Role
2) Plan, organize and manage day to day operations
3) Monitor tasks, work schedules and monthly invoicing
4) Set directions for the team, resolve any escalations by taking corrective action and
provide guidance to team members
5) Maintaining liasoning with Duty Managers, EHS, Doctors, Paramedical staff and
Vendors
6) Conducting regular audits of stock, registers, Medical Equipment etc.
7) Training of New Joiners
8) Joint Audit with Clients
9) Indenting of Medicine and Equipment
10) Responsible for managing Duty Roaster of all Mediclinic staffs
11) Instilling Discipline in Mediclinic Staff
12) 100% adherence to SOPs and SOWs.
