Job Description

• Total experience 9+ years
• Experience as Product Owner in Agile environments
• Must have Skills: Product Ownership, Product Planning and Roadmapping, Stakeholder Management, Domain      Knowledge (Strong), ETL Concepts (Capable), Data Warehouse Design - General Experience
• Good To Have Skills SAFe, Experience with analytics platforms or data products, Exposure to event-driven            architecture
• Strong experience in product backlog ownership, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
• Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, PRD/FRD
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, data and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence or similar tools
• Good understanding of systems, integrations, data flows, and data pipelines
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Exposure to analytics, data-driven decision making, or AI-enabled products
• Domain experience in retail, CPG, or analytics platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-own and execute Vertical Data Pipeline roadmap, balancing near term delivery with longer term vision of an event driven, autonomous pipeline
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver standardized data rules, and a single source of truth for APRIE data
• Work with Architecture team to agree and align the long-term solution design to make the platform future-fit
• Coordinate cross functional alignment across data engineering, science and client facing teams to ensure consistent insights across all product modules
• Define and track success metrics around pipeline speed, reliability, and onboarding throughput
• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to product goals and roadmap
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with engineering teams
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos
• Track delivery progress and proactively flag risks or dependencies
• Act as the first point of contact for feature-level clarifications during development
• Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activities
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
