Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 7.5+ years
• Experience in Quality Engineering / Test Management with strong people leadership.
• Expertise in Playwright and modern JS/TS automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in E2E, API, integration, and microservices testing.
• Knowledge of Contract Testing (Pact.io) and Observability tools (New Relic) – good to have.
• Proven experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), BDD, TDD, and Shift-Left practices.
• Experience driving test automation in CI/CD pipelines and transformation programs.
• Understanding of performance testing and high-traffic systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and techno-functional skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and drive end-to-end Test Strategy and Quality Engineering practices.
• Lead transformation from manual to automated, CI/CD-integrated testing.
• Oversee E2E, API, integration, contract testing, and UAT.
• Build/guide Playwright-based automation frameworks.
• Manage QA teams, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide data-driven release decisions (Go/No-Go).
• Ensure system quality, performance, and scalability.
• Implement observability and improve test coverage continuously.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
