We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Analyst with expertise in business analysis. This role will be critical in creating vital link between customers and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately brought together and translated into functional requirements. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to improve business processes and drive project success.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) and Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements

• Engage with multi-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and technology/product teams

• Analyse business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose an improvement plan.

• Document and diagram the existing process, environment, and dataflow

• Facilitate the planning and execution of Servicing Transformation projects

• Work with Solution Lead/Project Manager to perform Feasibility and Value analysis (Return of Interest) for the targeted processes

• Facilitate sessions with customers to drive out requirements

• Act as a liaison between business and technical resources

• Experienced campaigner who can create/define functional requirements in use cases, create user stories and manage backlog

• Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoff, verifying with business SME(s)/Process Expert(s) that use cases, and process flows accurately portray specific business needs.

• Partner with Business SME(s)/Process Expert(s)/Stakeholder(s) spread across geography.

• Understand Business data, analyse trends, and capture valuable insights from the data for decision making

What we are looking for:

• Graduate with four years of professional experience as a Business Analyst

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel Visio and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Confluence and Jira desirable but can be trained

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, requirements elicitation, and data analysis

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus

• GDS/Travel knowledge will be an advantageTop of Form
