Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, EE and 6-12 years Experience.

Experience in design and implementation of applications in OSS domain in more than one of the areas of order management, network inventory management, configuration management and service assurance. Experience in various integration platforms is required.

Experience in OSS COTS products like ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications), Network Inventory (ServiceNow), Configuration Management etc.Experience implementing new modules or features, ServiceNow OMT & Service Portals.

Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations per organization established development practices.Working under the oversight of Technical Lead/OSS Consultant/Architect and in collaboration, mentoring other members of the ServiceNow team.

Proven track record to configure ServiceNow using Apply Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flows, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.

Must have experience working with Flow Designer and UI Builder.Experience in web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
