SME RAN Integration

• Experienced in Integration, Operations and Optimization of end to end Radio network
• E2E Network Level Competence.
• Proficient with the Creation, System testing and Remote Upload of NSB/SSIS/SCF and Carrier add scripts
• Working Knowledge of Ericsson LTE OSS and ENM tools and /or NOKIA LTE OSS and NETACT tools
• Create, Understand, Validate, Upload to Servers and Execute LTE Carrier Add/ New Node LTE and 5G NR BB5216 / 6630/ Mixed Mode Configuration Scripts on Ericsson Network Manager- ENM tool, and / or FSM4/ Mixed Mode.
• Proficient knowledge of Ericsson LTE and 5G Network Equipment- eNodeBs, BB5216 and 6630, XMUs, Radios and /or NOKIA LTE and 5G Network Equipment- eNodeBs, FSM4, XMUs, Radios, Antennas to have in-depth
• Good knowledge of telecom basics- Cellular Wireless Technology, Call Flow, Protocols, 5G NR, LTE, IMS, IoT, CRAN, mmWave
• End-to-end multiple project/programs planning, configuration & implementation of RAN nodes.
• Strong Problem Solving, Planning and Organizational Skills
