Social Media Lead
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and manage a cross-platform social media calendar aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Create premium, platform-specific content while maintaining consistency in brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Guide internal and external agencies to produce engaging, audience-centric campaigns.
- Ensure timely and consistent posting on all social media platforms.
Campaign Thinking and Execution:
- Conceptualize and lead innovative, high-visibility digital campaigns to position Tata 1mg as a trusted healthcare leader.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated with organizational priorities and insights from multiple departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
LinkedIn Marketing:
- Position LinkedIn as a platform for establishing thought leadership in healthcare and showcasing brand achievements.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and manage their professional LinkedIn presence, aligning narratives with strategic goals.
Influencer Marketing:
- Design and oversee an influencer marketing strategy targeting the health and wellness domain.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and advocates.
- Evaluate and track the performance of influencer campaigns to maximize impact.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed performance reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics to identify trends and optimize platform-specific strategies.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators for social media performance.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Implement monitoring systems to manage the brand's online reputation and respond strategically to challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Explore new platforms and opportunities to enhance Tata 1mg’s social media presence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a forward-thinking, strategic Social Media Head to elevate brand awareness and drive impactful initiatives. The ideal candidate should:
- Have 6+ years of experience in managing social media or a similar role.
- Be passionate about using social media to tell compelling brand stories and drive business outcomes.
- Have a proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns.
- Possess exceptional skills in developing creative, data-driven strategies.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, and team collaboration abilities.
