Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, contributing to the overall project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure effective communication within the team - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges - Identify and address any risks or issues that may impact project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles - Experience in designing and customizing software configurations - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements - Familiarity with version control systems and tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) - This position is based at our Gurugram office - A 15 years full-time education is required
