Primary Skills
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation.
- Proficient in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud to align with organizational HR strategies and objectives.
- Deep understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering to configure HCM Cloud modules effectively and meet client-specific needs.
- Skilled in Workforce Management solutions, including employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, position management, and career planning.
- Strong ability to configure approval workflows, security roles, and user privileges in HCM Cloud to ensure compliance and efficient process management.
- Expertise in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis to identify differences between Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and business requirements and delivering effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data migration activities, including loading employee data, position hierarchies, and organizational structures using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL).
- Experience in designing and delivering reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI for actionable insights and strategic HR decision-making.
Secondary Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and its integration with payroll processes to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, providing post-go-live support to maintain seamless HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR Analytics to derive insights from HCM Cloud data and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud security and role provisioning to safeguard sensitive HR data.
- Skilled in providing functional training to end-users and stakeholders to maximize adoption and utilization of HCM Cloud features.
