We are looking for a Specialist to join the JLL Research team as part of the JBS Research & Analysis Hub

The Specialist will be part of a growing team of Researchers who will monitor the Nordic commercial real estate

markets across various property sectors and industries. The Specialist will contribute to best-in-class research that differentiates JLL and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

 

The Specialist will leverage proprietary JLL data and source, update and validate third party data. The

Specialist will analyze and visualize data to communicate research insights to internal and external

stakeholders and clients through a variety of channels. The Specialist will collaborate with our Research

teams across the EMEA country/market to produce regular quarterly market overviews and contribute to thought

leadership publications and other content developed by the Research team.

 

What this job involves:

• Develop detailed knowledge on Nordic real estate market (especially for Sweden and Finland) and wider macro-fundamentals and trends impacting investors and occupiers.

• Interest in real estate with a strong commitment to learning micro- and macro-level market dynamics.

• Source and update, validate, analyze, and visualize data on the country’s/city’s commercial (and residential)

• Contribute to thought leadership and research content developed by Research teams (locally & globally) through sharing data and contributing market knowledge and information where relevant to drive client engagement and business growth.

• Support the business development process by delivering property and sector insights in various formats including slide decks.

• Support ongoing and new client Research Advisory mandates through market analysis and development of end product for the client.

• Act as a touchpoint for external and internal enquiries regarding the country’s real estate market, with a particular focus on data requirements, market intelligence and trends.

• Develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Research lead and researchers in the country/market to effectively understand the market and develop the appropriate end product.
