Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle – from sourcing to offer closure
• Hire for Non-Tech roles at entry, middle, and senior levels
• Collaborate with Business Managers to craft impactful job descriptions
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), headhunting, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Maintain hiring reports, documentation, and ensure smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in stakeholder Management.
• Well-versed with Naukri portal & other hiring platforms
• 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, with expertise in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ed-tech candidates preferred.
