Job Description

The Sr Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates and serves as a mentor and coach to a group of Team Leaders. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability of both associates and team leaders.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and operational goals.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.

  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of team objectives.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress to management.

  • Managing a team of KYC analysts who shall work on onboarding/periodic reviews.

Key skills & knowledge:

  • 3+ years of experience in KYC, Onboarding, Or Periodic Reviews

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing teams (Customer Onboarding/ Periodic Reviews).

  • Knowledge of global KYC regulations and current trends.

  • Experience working in End-to-End KYC reviews.

  • Strong people management skills along with analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Strong Analytical skills and decision-making ability.

Education Qualification: - Graduation
