What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team handling corporate travel operations
• Issue, reissue, and manage ticket refunds via GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
• Deliver exceptional service to high-profile VIP clients (CXOs/ Premium clients)
• Drive operational efficiency with a problem-solving mindset
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business transformation initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

• 6–10 years of corporate travel experience
• Excellent knowledge of geography & international routing
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Prior experience in handling VIP clients
• Exposure to business transformation or project delivery is a plus
