Talent Acquisition Executive

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

- Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels.

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Familiarity with job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.

- Passion for talent acquisition and a people-first mindset.

- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or tech sectors is a plus
