What would you do? Roles and Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate the successful deployment of Risk Management and Compliance activities, ensuring consistency and standardization across the organization. • Oversee and review the various KPIs and deliverables of the Quality testing team • Ensure compliance with internal policies (audit methodology and risk management) and the proper execution of control evaluation Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements. Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc.
What are we looking for? Functional Experience Expert in Audit Management, acting as the primary liaison with auditors and leadership. Leads Control Design & Remediation, ensuring control effectiveness and managing complex remediation. Ensures strong regulatory compliance and standardized operational processes. Communication Communicates audit and control issues clearly to senior stakeholders. Presents complex risk and control concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Handles clients effectively, managing escalations and resolutions. Tools Familiar with GRC platforms for control oversight and tracking. Highly proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experienced in SAP for control testing and data extraction. People Management Leads teams of 8–10+ FTEs. Manages performance, workload allocation, and team development. Ensures strong communication with leadership and team members. Transformation / Operational Improvement Drives change to strengthen internal controls and financial integrity. Identifies key areas for major process improvements, focusing on automation and standardization. Detects process gaps and establishes new control-focused procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
