Team Lead
KPMG Luxembourg is seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging niche, experienced candidates for a variety of specialized roles across the business. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition specialists and hiring managers based in Luxembourg, gaining a deep understanding of our talent needs and supporting the entire sourcing lifecycle.
- Partner with Recruiters to clarify role requirements, participate in hiring briefings, and contribute to the drafting and understanding of job descriptions.
•Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for hard-to-fill and specialist positions.
•Conduct market research and talent mapping to keep abreast of trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools relevant to KPMG Luxembourg.
•Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, etc.) to build pipelines of qualified candidates to submit them to the Recruitment
•Screen, pre-screen and assess candidates for suitability, presenting top profiles to the recruitment team for further consideration.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
•Act as a brand ambassador for KPMG Luxembourg, promoting our values and employer value proposition in all interactions with the candidates but also with the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•Minimum 3 years prior experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or headhunting, preferably for niche or specialist roles – this is a must
•Strong research skills and ability to proactively identify talent in competitive markets.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English;
•Ability to work collaboratively in an international, fast-paced environment.
•Mastering sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.
•Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. - Master perfectly LinkedIn and the different financial job board for Luxembourg and Europe.
