Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
• Drive daily operations, manage shrinkage and adherence
• Ensure SLA compliance and continuous performance improvement
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar TL role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in reporting and managing team metrics

Shift: 24x7
