You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require effective communication and a deep understanding of business acumen, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to successful delivery engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
