About your team

The Technology Business Finance team plays a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing IT financials. Our team acts as a bridge between finance, IT, and business to ensure that technology spend aligns with business strategy, delivers value and drives cost transparency. At a time when the enterprise is very focused on unit costs, there are huge opportunities for this to make a difference and drive better decision making.

About your role The key purpose of the role is to help run the monthly Apptio recharge process working closely with Cost CoE and the Technology Business Finance team, as well as supporting the FinOps/Cloudability team. We are seeking an experienced Apptio Technology Business Management Analyst (TBMA) to support our Technology Business Finance initiatives by leveraging Apptio, Power BI and financial reporting to drive insights into IT spend and optimization. This includes management and validation of the data sources feeding Apptio, managing data integrity issues, and ensuring accurate processing of data through the Apptio model each month to generate financial recharges.

Cloudability enables the automated ingestion and aggregation of AWS and AzureGCP detailed billing into a single cost system.

About you

Expertise in Apptio reporting and Power BI visualization, with additional exposure to Planning, Cloud Cost Management and FinOps as a strong advantage.

· Hands on experience of running Apptio month-end

· Demonstrated experience of building dashboards & MI/reporting

· Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills

· Strong numeric and analytical skills with ability to interpret and present financial data in an effective manner to deliver key insights.

· Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI, etc. Develop custom dashboards and reports in Apptio to provide real-time insights into IT financials.

· Exposure to Apptio Planning module for forecast management.

· Experience working with Cloud technologies or an understanding / exposure to Cloudability.

· Awareness of FinOps best practice & business value of the Cloud.

· An RTBMA qualification in R12 is desirable.
