Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will also be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing systems to enhance overall functionality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve existing architecture to ensure alignment with best practices and emerging trends.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and security protocols.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
