As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves advising and leading critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. The practitioner collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that IT functions align with organizational goals, providing valuable insights and guidance to enhance overall system performance and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and system functionalities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project phases.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into system configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Core HCM implementations.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
