Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions and enhancing operational efficiency, while also fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend.
- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Extend.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
