Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Design and implement engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
- Experience with developing training materials and instructional design.
- Ability to assess learner needs and tailor training accordingly.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and adult learning principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
