Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our NOC / Service Desk team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong client handling skills, a solid foundation in remote desktop troubleshooting, and a basic understanding of ITIL practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues via remote desktop support.
- Provide support for Windows and mobile devices.
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
