Technology OpS Support Practitioner

Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary:
Strategic oversight of OSD and Intune operations, driving alignment with ITIL service delivery standards, process governance, and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce ITIL-compliant policies for OSD, Intune, patching, policy deployment, and automation.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor engagements for endpoint management tools.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management related to patches, drivers, firmware, and automation.
Plan and execute endpoint security and compliance initiatives, including vulnerability remediation.
Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency in deployments, patching, and policy enforcement.
Monitor performance KPIs, CSAT, patch compliance, and automation coverage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Extensive experience in OSD, Intune, endpoint management, and ITIL-based service delivery.
Strategic planning and operational management experience.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of emerging deployment and device management technologies.

Additional Information:
ITIL Foundation / Intermediate / Expert
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Expert
IT Service Management or Leadership Certification(Optional) (PMP, Prince2, COBIT, or equivalent)
Governance: Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, audits, and operational standards.
Capacity & Availability Management: Plan for optimal device deployment, upgrades, and Intune configurations.
Service Strategy & Continual Improvement: Align endpoint management initiatives with organizational IT strategy.
