Job Description

•         4–8 years SAP experience•         Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation•         At least 1 migration / upgrade project exposure preferred•         Experience in SAP testing (SIT/UAT cycles)1.    Role Overview•         Responsible for validating SAP business processes through functional, integration, and regression testing.•         Ensures accuracy and integrity of master data, transactional data, and financial postings.•         Collaborates with business users, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to understand and test requirements.•         Logs, tracks, and supports resolution of defects using standard test management tools.•         Supports SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live activities to ensure smooth SAP system implementation and stability.2.    Key Responsibilities•         Test Design and Execute SIT, UAT, Regression & Cutover test cycles•         Validate end-to-end business processes within assigned SAP module•         Perform data migration validation & reconciliation•         Support Business Partner conversion validation•         Validate reports (financial / inventory / operational)•         Log and triage defects with clear functional analysis•         Participate in mock cutovers and go-live rehearsals•         Support hypercare defect validation3.    Expert in SAP ModulesCandidate must have hands-on experience in at least one core SAP module •         FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Month-End Close)•         MM (Procure-to-Pay)•         SD (Order-to-Cash)•         PP / EWM / PS (good to have)Strong understanding of:•         End-to-end business process flows•         Cross-module integration touchpoints•         Transaction-level validation (Table & Posting checks)S4 Hana: •         Universal Journal basics•         Business Partner concept•         Fiori app testing•         Awareness of simplification items•         Familiarity with Migration Cockpit (exposure level)4.    Critic
