What can you expect in a “VP, Learning Experience” role with TaskUs:
The Vice President of Learning Experience at TaskUs will be a key strategic partner responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive learning and development strategy. This role will have a significant impact on our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent while continuously improving the performance and skills of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking learning and
development strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values. Continuously assess and adapt the strategy to meet evolving industry trends and needs.
2. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing Learning and Development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboraion, and innovation. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
3. Training Program Design: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs that cater to a diverse workforce, covering areas such as onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.
4. Technology Integration: Identify and implement cutting-edge learning technologies and tools to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of training programs, including e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and learning management systems (LMS).
5. Assessment and Evaluation: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs. Use data-driven insights to
continuously improve and tailor learning initiatives.
6. Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into our overall
employee engagement and retention strategies.
7. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all training programs meet industry compliance requirements and uphold quality standards. Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices.
8. Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget efficiently, ensuring the allocation of resources to initiatives that deliver the most significant ROI.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Proven experience (10+ years) in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO or related industry.
● In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
● Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Track record of successfully implementing innovative learning solutions.
● Familiarity with compliance requirements in the BPO industry.
● Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
