Summary:
As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and functionality across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Evaluate and implement best practices in web development to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Consumer Goods and Services.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and databases to support full-stack development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
