Workday Core HCM + Security - Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities: Core HCM/Security Functional Consultant

• Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
• Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes 
• Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday HCM Core plus Security certification

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
• 4-6 years of IT experience
• Professional Experience of at least 2 years in implementing or supporting Workday.
• Have completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/Security Module consultant

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Core HCM and Security areas.
• Knowledge of touch points related to HCM module.
• Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes within Core HCM, end-to-end security configuration/support
• Exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee, set up data related EIBs, Advance Loads, iLoad’s and Migration Recipe.
• Ability to create Standard and Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Good to have reporting experience
• Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process.
• Experience in handling Country Specific Data requirements.
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented 
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
