Workday HCM Principal Consultant

Workday - KDNI - HCM - ACon

Responsibilities:

Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts
Experience on other modules like Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Learning and Recruitment is a plus.
Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes
Experience in configuring various business processes within Core HCM
Experience in setting up staffing models jobs and positions grades and compensation plans
Analyzes Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes in relation to clients existing configuration
Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and has experience in using the methodology on implementation projects
Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
Experience in creating custom reports. Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.


Qualifications:

Workday HCM Principal Certification is a must.
Module specific certification is a plus.
Professional Experience of at least 3 year in implementing or supporting Workday.
