Position: Accountant

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting for a fast-growing Assam-origin tea brand operating across retail, quick commerce, marketplaces, HoReCa, and exports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Ledger entries)

• GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Reconciliation of bank accounts, marketplaces, and distributor accounts

• Maintain stock and inventory accounting

• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow reports, and MIS

• Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance

• Monitor receivables and payable cycles

• Support pricing analysis and margin tracking

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)

• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Manufacturing preferred

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation

• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software

• Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)

• Experience handling distributor & marketplace reconciliation is a plus

Compensation:

• ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

1. Office Timing: 9.30 AM to 7.30 PM
2. His house location should be within 10 KM radiant from our office.
3. Age limit: 25 - 35 Yrs
