Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks.
2. Track project progress from order confirmation to completion and invoicing.
3. To maintain MIS to track orders & respective payment part,
4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for review.
5. Identify gaps, delays, and bottlenecks through data analysis and propose corrective actions.
6. To Serve as a point of contact for customer queries related to order status, service requests, and AMC renewals.
7. Track AMC renewals and commercial part related to renewals or new orders,
8. Ensure customers receives invoices, installation certificates, service reports etc,
9. To maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of sales orders, purchase orders, tender files, and enclosures,
10. Assist in tender documentation, timely submission, and compliance tracking.
11. To prepare pricelist by coordinating with all stake holders,
12. Additionally basic accounting activities related to day to day office operations.
